Food and nutrition are the way that we get to fuel or provide energy to our bodies.As humans we need to replace nutrients in our bodies with a new supply everyday. Water too is important component of nutrition fats,proteins ,carbohydrates are all required.
People will oftenly ask what is food and what's is nutrition?

-nutrition is a part of food that is used by our body cells and metabolized by the body to make contribution that our body needs.
We all just eat without without thinking of what type of nutrients we give our body and even how our bodies and the relation between diet health and disease.
Nutrientsprovidenourishment.Proteins,carbohydrates ,fats,vitamins ,mineral fiber and water are all the nutrients we Need.if one can't balance this it increases risks of developing certain health condition.
The benefits of this nutrients in our are as follows
-proteins -(meat,milk,beans,chicken,fish)provide with amino acids blocks which we need for growth.
Carbohydrates
(maize, rice, wheat, flour) provide energy and fuel the body just the same way needs gass our bodies needs this.
Fat-so essential for absorbing fat soluble vitamins including vitamins.
The concept in knowing and teaching about nutrition is mostly ignored.health educators should emphasize that good Nutrition requires eating at least one meal that has all the nutrients.Always remember good food is healthy food with atleast all the nutrients.
