HOW I CAME OUT.

Am i straight or gay or something in between that?well your sexuality isn't defined by who you have sex  with. Its about how you feel and how you chose to identify yourself .The important thing is that you chose what label feels comfortable or you can also chose no label at all. Life is to short to carry lebals anyway .you might  find like many others that the label you chose changes over time.

Gay,straight, heterosexual, trans queer or bi-sexual  are just names and lebals that human beings have created  there not important.

Exploring your sexuality can be so much really exiting process .Datting opportunities open up  you connect with people and you can learn a lot about yourself and what you like.its also a confusing journey and  doubting. To me sexuality should be seen as a moving spectrum .That means who you like at one point in your life may not be the same.

Your relationship with your sexuality is one that last for a life time and can be far from simple .How you feel and identify today may totally different a few years from  now and its okay.

No matter how open minded people at this era are some people still are closed especially with religion and culture .They may have picked up and internalized sexual shame and pressure as you grow into adulthood and they make this discovery process so hard.

LGBTQI people have an increased risk of depression anxiety substance abuse ,homeless, self harming and suicidal thoughts compered with the general population. This is even more to those who are trying to find there way.Rember its all a spectrum and everyday you learn something new about yourself don't limit your mind and go where you feel you belong.
