FEARS

some one once said  fear is inbuilt and for the record  it is.We all have lost so many life time opportunities   because  we were afraid  of taking  that step, that good job because  we were scared of sending  our Cv simply  because  we felt we ain't good enough  for that job, that good person we have lost simply because  we were scared of hurting  them.We all have this episodes and it's proven that atleast  every human has gone through  this episodes so it's not new. Fear is not phobia.

There are three  types of fears.

-Rational fear-this occurs when there is real imminent threat

Primal fear-an innate fear that is programme in our brains

Irrational fear-one that doesn't make logical scences and can vary from one person  to the other

Fear is sometimes considered the opposite of courage however  this is so incorrect fear is a condition that makes the experience of courage possible. Personally everyone sees me as one confident person  I'm an extrovert so people  tend to perceive I can do everything  I can talk to everyone  I can handle all situations but even the strongest  people  have this thing  in them it's just  that they don't show and mostly  they know  how to control this moments.

The most important  thing  is how we overcome this obstacle. There so many methods of coping with this fears, such as writing down rational thoughts regarding fears, affermetting yourself and believing in yourself before and during   any meetings  or before that speech.

Fears is more in more in our minds but it triggers a strong physical reaction in your body but as soon as you consider  it reacts to your nervous system which  sets your respononse into motion.

We can overcome this just by taking things  a step  at time it's okay to experience  this how you deal with it is all that matters.
